Photography began for Ben when he was given his uncle's Olympus OM-1 SLR for his 15th birthday. Since graduating with a 1st class honours degree in photography Ben has travelled the world shooting from the Sahara desert to the Himalayan mountains. He now uses his expertise and creative flair for both teaching others and assignment photography.
Ben was a finalist for Travel Photographer of the Year 2011, his work has been published around the world by National Geographic, The Times, The Guardian, The Independent and many more.
He is represented by Wonderful Machine and Getty Images, and is available for commission.
When not writing about himself in the third person, Ben tends to have his weekends spoilt by Arsenal results, he also enjoys the odd game of Tennis, Wes Anderson films and Bruce Springsteen.
